Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Omitted. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.

1. Operator and eligibility

Omitted is operated by SPACE CADET d.o.o., Croatia. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to manage the organization and Google Business Profile you connect.

2. What Omitted provides

Omitted monitors connected Google Business Profile locations for supported suspicious-review patterns and protected profile-field changes. Your plan sets the maximum number of active locations we monitor. Omitted can send owner alerts and preserve dated application records for the owner to inspect or export.

Detection is a signal, not a finding of fraud or authorship. Omitted does not verify whether a reviewer was a customer, file a dispute automatically, remove reviews, restore a rating, or guarantee that Google or another provider will take action.

3. Your Google Business Profile authority

You may connect only a profile you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You authorize Omitted and its connection provider to retrieve the data required for the service. In V1, Omitted uses the connection to read monitoring data and does not modify the listing, even though the provider authorization may technically support broader management operations.

You are responsible for keeping provider access current and for reviewing any alert before reporting a review or changing a listing. Google's terms and decisions continue to govern the profile.

4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Omitted offers recurring protection at $19 USD per month for one location (Solo), $39 USD per month for up to three locations (Practice), and $79 USD per month for up to ten locations (Multi-location). Recurring plans renew monthly until you cancel. The price, taxes, renewal timing, and any applicable checkout terms are shown before you authorize payment through Polar.

You may cancel through the available billing controls. Unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period; charges already incurred are not automatically refunded. Monitoring starts only after the subscription is verified, the profile is connected, required setup completes, and the test alert succeeds.

5. Founding Lifetime availability and limits

The $399 USD Founding Lifetime offer is a one-time payment for up to three active Google Business Profile locations. It is limited to the first 50 eligible customers. Availability is checked by the server and confirmed before checkout; a link, query parameter, abandoned checkout, or displayed marketing page does not reserve a place.

Founding Lifetime does not include unlimited locations, white-label access, custom support, additional locations, or future paid add-ons. Additional locations require a recurring plan. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Omitted product, subject to these terms, our ability to operate the product, and continued availability of required third-party services. If the offer is full, recurring plans may remain available.

6. Operational email

Omitted may send variable-frequency operational and security alerts about a connected profile to the verified email address on your account, in addition to account and billing notices. Keep that address current. An undelivered email does not change the underlying subscription or provider state shown in the product.

7. Evidence limitations

Evidence exports describe records stored by Omitted and the scope available at export time. They may include provider-supplied values, calculated summaries, timestamps, and explicit caveats. They are not an independent forensic certification, proof of who wrote a review, legal advice, or a guarantee that a platform, court, insurer, or other recipient will accept them.

8. Acceptable use and account security

You agree not to:

  • connect a profile without authority or misrepresent ownership;
  • use Omitted to harass, identify, retaliate against, or make unsupported claims about reviewers;
  • probe, overload, bypass, or interfere with security, rate limits, subscriptions, or provider controls;
  • upload malware, misuse capability links, or use the service unlawfully;
  • resell or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

Keep sign-in methods and incident links secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Third-party services and availability

Omitted depends on Google, Zernio, Clerk, Convex, Polar, Vercel, telecommunications carriers, and other infrastructure. Their API changes, permissions, maintenance, outages, or decisions may limit data, delay checks or messages, or make a feature unavailable. Omitted does not control those services.

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, real-time, or complete monitoring. Reconciliation and profile checks run on stated intervals, and the dashboard may identify stale or incomplete monitoring.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

Omitted and its software, branding, and original interface materials belong to the operator or its licensors. You retain rights in your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data and provide the service. If you send feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Omitted and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, abuse, security risk, loss of required provider access, or where the law requires it. When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to correct a remediable breach.

Termination does not erase obligations that by their nature continue. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omitted is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for business, legal, reporting, and listing decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Omitted's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Omitted during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and contact

Croatian law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Before starting a formal dispute, contact hello@omitted.app so we can try to resolve it. Competent Croatian courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and additional notice when required.
