Who we are

Omitted (omitted.app) is a monitoring and backup service for Google Business Profiles, operated from the European Union. Contact: hello@omitted.app.

What we collect

Your account email and, if you enable SMS alerts, the mobile number you give us.

With your explicit Google sign-in consent: the content of the Business Profile(s) you connect — reviews, review replies, posts, Q&A, photos, and business information such as hours and categories. We only ever access profiles you connect yourself.

Billing is handled by our payment provider as merchant of record; we do not see or store card details.

What we do with it

We monitor your connected profile for threats (such as coordinated fake-review activity), keep dated archival copies of your profile content so you hold an evidence trail, and send you alerts.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Google user data

Omitted's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the monitoring, archiving and alerting features you see in the product, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Archived profile data is kept while your subscription is active — the archive is the product. Disconnect a profile or close your account and we delete its data on request, without conditions: email hello@omitted.app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via hello@omitted.app.
